Corporate Associate

Insights Law LLC is a Singapore law practice specializing in Corporate and Commercial matters.

Our firm is looking to recruit a corporate associate to join our corporate and commercial practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (ideally from a local university or reputable foreign university)
• Called to the Singapore bar
• Between 1 to 3 years’ PQE
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (we have a strong Mandarin-speaking clientele and the candidate is expected to be able to communicate in Mandarin)
• Good work ethic
• Able to work well both independently and in a team
• Prior experience in corporate legal practice and capital markets is preferred but not essential
