Denzel specialises in corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes assisting in and advising on mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, voluntary general offers, post-listing compliance work and the setting up of single-family offices (SFOs) in Singapore.

Denzel was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016. Before joining Insights Law, he was part of a retail collective investment schemes practice at another corporate law firm.
