Experience
Chongshen commenced legal practice in 2013 at Morgan Lewis Stamford (a Singapore law corporation affiliated with Morgan Lewis & Bockius). Before joining Insights Law, he served as an Assistant Vice President in the Strategy Division at Bursa Malaysia Berhad, a leading ASEAN stock exchange, with a focus on corporate venture capital investments or acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and fintech partnerships.
Chongshen primarily advises on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, corporate finance and securities regulations.
