Experience

Jie Han is a dual-qualified litigator with a decade of post-qualification experience. He has argued cases before various tribunals and at all levels of the Singapore courts, including the Court of Appeal.

Jie Han regularly acts in a wide range of contentious matters involving domestic and foreign infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring and insolvency, shareholders’ and other company related disputes, fraud and asset recovery, and other tort and contractual claims.
