Our People
Yap Lian Seng
Managing Director
Lian Seng was the founding partner of Stamford Law Corporation (nka Morgan Lewis Stamford), a Singapore law practice which was acquired by Morgan Lewis Bockius. He spent most of his 30-year career there, before founding Insights Law.
Lian Seng has advised on some of ASEAN’s most significant transactions, including the US$10.2 billion contested public takeover of Fraser & Neave. He specializes in reverse takeovers, including the S$1.88 billion RTO of United Fiber System by Golden Energy Mines, one of Indonesia’s largest coal miner.

Lee Chongshen
Director
Trained at Morgan Lewis Stamford and a keen student of finance with an MBA, Chongshen has more than 12 years of experience advising on and negotiating M&A and capital market transactions across domestic and international markets, both public and private.
Having lived in UK, Germany, Malaysia and Singapore, he brings genuine cross-cultural fluency to cross-border transactions.
