Collecting your personal data

  • in the ordinary course of our relationship;

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and integrity of your personal data, in accordance with the PDPA.

Where you provide us with any personal data of third parties, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents to do so and we will only process such personal data for the purposes set out above, in accordance with the PDPA.


We may retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for us (even after our engagement has ended) to fulfil any of the abovementioned purposes.
